I loved the river view from my balcony and the convenience of having great restaurants downstairs. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with no paperwork required. The apartment was spotless and felt brand new. a fantastic experience.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect for us, right opposite the river with several restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed, including a balcony with a great view. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a plus, and we appreciated having a mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel also had a swimming pool and a fitness studio, perfect for relaxing and staying active during our stay.

I always stay at this hotel. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, Car park, Bar, Restaurant, Fitness studio, Outdoor pool. The staff is helpful, they assisted with bags on my first visit. I'm coming back for Easter!

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with easy access to both the city and the river. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the lap pool, which was a great way to stay active and cool, even during the hot Easter weather. Another plus was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations.

There were a few minor drawbacks to my stay. The sink in the kitchen was placed under a cupboard, making it difficult to wash dishes comfortably.

During my Easter stay, the hotel had a beautiful view of the river right outside my room. the location was also great, close to plenty of nearby restaurants and activities. the room was well-maintained and clean.

My experience was ruined by the rude and unhelpful staff. They did not seem to care about my concerns or needs.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration and ambiance of the hotel. The common areas were tastefully decorated with a touch of elegance, making me feel like I was staying in a grand hotel. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was outstanding, with all areas featuring tactile paving for vision-impaired guests. It was such a relief to navigate the hotel without any difficulty, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay for seniors like myself.

I would have loved to see a more attentive staff, especially those who were working at the reception. It would have been nice if the children working there took the time to interact with the guests and provide a more personalized service.

The food provided by the steak house for the conference was delicious. Even though I booked out on the last day, the hotel allowed me to leave my car in the car park for the day, which made life a lot easier. the room felt like we were the first people to use it - spotlessly clean and impeccable. the facilities were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the upgrade to a suite, with a nice balcony overlooking the river. Definitely recommend Empire Apartment Hotel. Cons: None 🚫.
